Affiliate Program Terms
Please read these terms carefully before applying. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed.
1.Eligibility and Acceptance
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. God Plus Goals Inc. may approve or decline any application at its discretion. Participation begins only after written approval and electronic acceptance of these terms.
2.Independent-Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, franchisees, partners or legal representatives of God Plus Goals Inc. Affiliates may not sign agreements, incur obligations or make representations on behalf of God Plus Goals Inc.
3.Approved Promotional Practices
Affiliates may promote eligible products through their website, social media, email to opted-in audiences, speaking engagements and approved marketing materials. All promotion must be honest, respectful and consistent with the faith-centered tone of the brand.
4.Prohibited Health, Financial and Income Claims
Affiliates may not make guaranteed income, earnings, health, medical, spiritual, publishing or business-success claims, or imply that results are typical. Affiliates are not compensated for recruiting other affiliates.
5.Required Affiliate Disclosures
Every affiliate recommendation must include a clear, conspicuous disclosure placed before or near the affiliate link, such as: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
6.Intellectual-Property Use
God Plus Goals names, logos, cover art, photography and copy remain the property of God Plus Goals Inc. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved materials for program promotion only, without modification.
7.Brand-Name Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on God Plus Goals brand terms or confusingly similar variations in paid search, use the brand in display URLs, or create websites, profiles or apps that could be mistaken for an official God Plus Goals property.
8.Email and Anti-Spam Compliance
Affiliates must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable communication laws. Unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists, misleading subject lines and false headers are prohibited.
9.Promotional-Code Rules
Promotional codes are issued to a single affiliate and may not be posted to coupon aggregators, deal-scraping sites or paid ads unless expressly authorized. Codes may be paused, reset or revoked at any time.
10.Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked using a unique affiliate ID, referral URLs, a 30-day cookie and promotional codes, with last eligible affiliate click attribution. If cookies are unavailable and a valid promotional code is used at checkout, the sale is assigned to the code owner. Only one commission is awarded per transaction.
11.Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned only on eligible customer transactions completed through a God Plus Goals checkout. Commissions are not earned on taxes, shipping, refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent or test transactions, self-referrals, wholesale exclusions, or purchases completed on Amazon or other third-party retailers.
12.Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions are calculated on net collected product revenue after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, taxes, shipping and amounts never successfully collected. Unpaid commissions tied to a refund or chargeback are reversed automatically; paid commissions become an adjustment against a future payout.
13.Payment Schedule
Physical-product commissions remain pending for 30 days after order completion. Digital-product commissions remain pending until the applicable refund period expires. Approved commissions are paid in monthly batches subject to a $50 minimum payout and completion of payout onboarding.
14.Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes on amounts received. Required tax documentation must be submitted through the secure process provided to approved affiliates before payment is issued.
15.Account Inactivity
Accounts with no qualifying activity for twelve consecutive months may be deactivated. Unpaid balances below the minimum payout at deactivation may be forfeited where permitted by law.
16.Suspension and Termination
Either party may end participation at any time with notice. God Plus Goals Inc. may suspend or terminate an account immediately for violations of these terms, and may withhold commissions associated with the violation.
17.Fraud and Self-Referrals
Self-purchases, artificial clicks, bot traffic, duplicate orders, cookie stuffing and other manipulative practices are prohibited and will result in commission reversal and possible termination.
18.Program Changes
God Plus Goals Inc. may change product eligibility, commission rates, marketing materials and these terms with notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
19.Limitation of Liability
The program is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, God Plus Goals Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed commissions payable to the affiliate in the three months preceding the claim.
20.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

22.Electronic Acceptance
Submitting the affiliate application with the acknowledgement checkboxes and an electronic signature constitutes acceptance of these terms and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
